K4TTC-ARCH

Amateur Radio Club Hohenwald

In 2002 the Electronics Technology Program at Tennessee Technology Center-Hohenwald established the ARCH to provide students, along with local citizens interested in wireless communications, a place to practice and sharpen their electronic skills while having fun. Membership is open to TTCH students and residents of Lewis and surrounding counties.

The club has monthly meetings, participates in Field Day, School Club Roundup and other contests. ARCH provides Skywarn training through the National Weather Service and has a Skywarn/ARES Training Net every Thursday evening at 8:00 p.m.

Important Updates

Our first scheduled meeting of the year is on Tuesday February 16.  We will meet at the Rio Colorado Restaurant in Hohenwald at 4:30.  There is no formal agenda for this meeting, however I'm sure topics of discussion will arise.  I look forward to seeing you there!

Shirley Brown, K4RNX
